University Admission Process

With hundreds of students applying to the world's finest colleges each year, how do you make your application stand out? Each step is significant since it defines your career path, from applying to universities abroad to deciding on the ideal location and subject. With so many global opportunities, the crucial selection must be done with exceptional care.

The goal is to select the appropriate subject and institution before developing a strong profile and convincing application. Our abroad advisors keep you from getting lost in a sea of applications by guiding you through each step of the international admissions process. A Schengen visa is required for studies lasting up to three months and a German national visa is required for studies lasting more than three months.

We devise tactics to ensure that the applications you submit provide you with the best chance of success after examining your academic history, extracurricular activities, and skills. We understand that leaving your home country to study abroad is a big step in your life, and we'll be there for you every step of the way.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Our primary focus is on a student's priorities and preferences. Our advisor will aid you in shortlisting the institutions and courses to which you are eligible to apply based on your academic records and other entry requirements. Once a complete application with all relevant documentation is sent to our counsellor at Berliner overseas, it will be processed within 24-48 hours.

In general, student applications are evaluated based on many criteria such as academic brilliance, English language skills, and so on. Application processing time varies by institution and spans between 2 and 8 weeks after application submission.

You can apply for one of three types of German student visas:

German Student Visa:  This is the regular student visa for international students who have been admitted to one of Germany's official universities and are ready to begin their studies.

German Student Application Visa: If you need to be in Germany to apply for university admission in person, you will require this visa. This visa does not allow you to study in Germany; it is only valid for the application procedure to universities.

German Language Course Visa:  This sort of visa is required to study for a German language course in Germany.
